■ 主要性能 Main performance
產品性能滿足GB/T4109《交流電壓高于1000V的絕緣套管》及IEC60137《Insulated bushing for alternating voltages above 1000V》的要求。
The main performance of then product can satisfy the requests of GB/T4109 《Insulated bushing for alternating voltages above 1000V》and IEC 60137《Insulated bushing for alternating voltages above 1000V》.
（1）額定絕緣水平及局部放電水平 Rated insulation level and partial discharge level

（2）介質損耗因數 Dielectric loss factor
在10kV及1.05Um/√3電壓下測量，介質損耗因數不大于0.005(測試溫度為10~40℃ )。
Dielectric loss factor is not greater than 0.005 under 10kV and 1.05Um/√3kV(ambient air temperature 10~40℃).
（3）溫升限值 Temperature rising limit
繞組最高溫升不大于75K。
The highest temperature rising of winding is not greater than 75K.
（4）額定短時熱電流(Ith)為額定電流的25倍，持續時間為1s。
Rated short-time thermal current is twenty-five times rated current when time keeps up 1 second.
（5）套管的彎曲耐受負荷 Bendingwith撒談得load（N）

■ 驗收及維護 Acceptance and maintenance
每只干式高于穿墻套管出廠前進行了工頻耐壓、局部放電測量、介質損耗因數測量及末屏耐壓試驗。到現場后，可以按BG50150《電氣裝置安裝工程 電氣設備交接試驗標準》進行。干式高壓穿墻套管基本不需要維護，每2~3年測量一次電容量及介質損耗因數即可。
Every dry type high voltage wall bushing has passed the tests including poewr frequency withstand voltage,partial discharge,dielectric loss factor,terminal withstand voltage before leaving the factory. We follow up GB50150 《Standard for hand-over test of electric equipment electric equipment installation engineering》when the products are handed over. In generally,the products need no maintenance basically.It is enough to check the primary winding capacity and dielectic loss factor every 2~3 years.
■ 運輸及安裝 Transportation and installation
運輸時用防震材料包裝，防止劇烈震動。
吊裝時應防止硅橡膠傘裙受損。
出廠文件包括：產品合格證、試驗報告和產品說明書，均放入包裝箱內，與產品一起運輸。
安裝好后應將干式高壓穿墻套管的末屏引線可靠接地。
The products should be packed by shockproof material when they are transported.
Pay attention to the silicon rubber umbrelas when the products are suspended.
Documents：certificate,test report,product manual.They should be put into packing box with the products.
Please earth reliably the terminal of the products after installing.
■ 訂貨須知 Notice for order
訂貨時至少需提出下述參數：
電氣參數：最高電壓、額定電流、額定短時熱電流、戶內及戶外的外絕緣爬蟲距離。
環境參數：環境溫度、海拔高度、污穢等級、安裝方式。
如需附設貫穿式電流互感器，還應按電流互感器訂貨須知提出相關參數，并明確電流互感器為貫穿式還是一體化。
如有特殊要求，可按用戶需要進行設計。
You should specify the following parameters at least when ordering：
Electric parameters：Highest voltage,rated current,rated short-time thermal current,creapage distance.
Environment condition：ambient air temperature,height,pollution class,installation way.
You should offer correct parameters according to the requests of current transformer if you want to append wall bushing type current transformer,at then same time you shuould illuminate discerption type or integrated type.
